10x20 - 10: Jump Rope Gazers - The Beths

Kicking off my favorite albums of 2020 is a very fun sophomore album from New Zealand’s The Beth’s.

“When you reach a certain age, all the friends that you have grown up with will scatter and you're all trying to keep in touch and trying to maintain that relationship using technology and stuff like that,” -Elizabeth Stokes. Building off this idea, my version is a depiction of the isolation felt growing apart from people at different stages of life.
