#3 - Do 5 New Things A Day

Whether it's a good habit or a bad habit, you might fall into the state of working like a machine or a robot that repeat doing everything. Let's do at least 5 new things every day, things you've never done before, whenever you can. For example, you can listen to a new genre of music that you haven't heard before, try watching a new kind of movies, or read books on new topics.

This exercise helps you develop your spontaneity, stay fresh, and connect with your origin of life.
