Surf landing page redesign
Landing page redesign mainly focused on online booking.
The client asked me to generate improvements maintaining the look and feel of the company, to make an a/b testing against the existent page and compare results.
What I did:

Heuristic evaluation of the original site.
Benchmark of competitor´s websites.
UI Kit (color, typography, images, icons, space and composition)
UX Writing+Copywriting improvements (value propositon and user actions)
User flow mapping.
Sketching, wireframing and prototyping.
Hand-off and testing.
Weekly meetings.
Some results:
50% shorter (pixels lenght)
Faster loading (optimized images and less component to load)
Clearer and more concise value proposition.
Improvements in the conversion rate.
More aligned with the post-click experience.
They chose this proposal and implemented it in all the cities where they offered surf lessons :)
