#1 - Sleep With Gratitude

The time before the sleep is very important. We usually bring the anxiety and fear into the sleep. This lowers our level of energy and vibrations. Therefore, before going to sleep let's practice remembering what happened during the day - what made you happy, be grateful to the things you have, forgive the people who hurt you. Remember that you are receiving a wonderful gift from life: a perfect body, the breathing and the ability to eat everyday.

This exercise will help you fall asleep with high vibrations and high level of energy. Bring blessings to the next day also.
