M-Commerce App | Cart Page UX
Every e-commerce mobile app should have the best UX design. Otherwise, It will impact as a red flag to the sales and revenue in different stages. Mostly, the checkout abandonment, means ready-to-buy customers get frustrated and leave without making a purchase.
Here is what I found in my recent study and I designed a Cart Page
▸ Having an option to “save for later” can reduce the number of cart abandonments and will enable shoppers to save items for a later purchase ▸ Keeping the essentials in the thumb zone ▸ Allowing the users to edit item details like color and size within the cart itself. Otherwise, the user has to go to the product page and going back to the cart page again and that's not gonna happen wisely ▸ Showing them that their payment/card info is safe, the word “Secure” included in the checkout CTA makes them not to worry. ▸ Giving them an exact date of “expected delivery” time and the shipping cost, So they have clear details of the delivery time and fee. ▸ Instant payment like Apple Pay, Google, Amazon...
