Platforms for Utility Services

Here we worked on the redesign of two applications at the same time: the first application was a platform for operators of utility services call centers, and the second was an application for clients that provides them with information on utility bills or meter readings. Our task was not only to create a visually attractive and convenient interface for a very wide audience of users, but also the thorough research and developing the functionality that will simplify and optimize the interaction with both applications. To achieve these goals, we assembled a team of engineers with a wide range of technical skills to work on the project, and also provided the client with weekly reports to better understand the stages of work done and progress towards achieving goals.
