I downloaded a font from Google Fonts (Press Start 2P)

I created the sky, mountain, and wave shapes using the vector tool in Sketch. I used two fill layers and an inner shadow for each element.

I downloaded textures from LStore.Graphics and toptal.com/designers/subtlepatterns. Then I duplicated the layer each pattern sits in to create a mask and dialed the opacity down to about 4 percent each, give or take a few points to taste.

The sky lasers have a yellow-white-yellow linear gradient in their borders.
