Wow, we made it to 30 days non-stop, thanks to fellow designers for your support. You have all inspired me to keep moving forward. I will do a 1hr video explaining the whole process and will release it tomorrow. This idea is on the all-time top ideas list, so thought it would be a good one to tackle.

Idea: A startup that helps people figure out the best way to buy a house (e.g. whether to buy an older home or to renovate an existing one)

I changed the idea to buy a new build home vs renovating an old one.

Problem: - Shortage of homes - Buy new vs renovate an old one - First-time buyers?
