CLOSED FOR THE WINTER because I have been asked to pitch a gallery show that reflects the modern mapper. I am so excited about this because it is a reputable art institution and now I see Covid as a gift that slowed me down enough. Slowing down I was able to use my maps to engage dialogue with the fine arts community. I especially savour the ability to work with amazing authors and publishers that think so holistically. I see this potential show and request as another step in a life about art and the trail... a chance to step up and get better at painting I am grateful for opportunities like this to explore impressions and the role of art in the wilderness.
