Redesigning the navigation of the Austrian Post mobile app

Overview: a self-initiated project to tweak the navigation of the mobile app

Brief:
The mobile app of the Austrian Post is one of the most downloaded apps in Austria. Currently, the user navigates through the app using two navigations, a carousel menu at the bottom and a hamburger menu.

In this project, I want to present a concept for how I would redo the navigation of the mobile app and thus improve the app’s usability.
