Custom sticker design - Luffy (One Piece)

A commission to create a piece of fan art, and turn it into a vinyl sticker. I hand drew this, outlined it, and cut it with an exact-o knife. The piece was then scanned and placed into photoshop to touch up the colors, and illustrator to create the outline for the die cut and to create a vector file for the client.
