Shaved Head With Tree on Top

The design idea came after I saw this shaved headed man looking up. Idea of placing a tree on the top of his head clicked in my mind. For this, I started searching for appropriate tree with a lot of irregularities coming off the ground. And at the end, all I need is to implement some Photoshop Magic.
