In 2018 we had the opprotunity to help represent the Port Jefferson Robotics team and we jumped at it. It was a pretty blank slate when it came to a creative brief. The only constraints were printing cost and print area for the Silk Screen print. Other than that it was all us. We wanted to create something that would stand out and have the team catch some additional attention.

Enter the Robotic-Frankenstein-Seahorse.

We worked up our concepts using a Pentel Brush Pen. Staying loose and really playing up the shadows and highlights. The thought here was that the final product was going to be a 1 color silkscreen so we wanted to keep the contrast up.

Overall we think it turned out great and the team really got a kick out of them!
