Elements growth framework

We are working on a website to help people understand the grow path or career ladder framework we have developed for existing and future employees. There's a lot of text in these kinds of frameworks, so i felt it was super important to lighten it up with some cool 3D imagery (these are from the Saly kit by Alzea) to help the ux.
