Histogram Interaction Prototype

As logs are displayed live, there is a handful of great tools at the user's disposal to dive deep and find information. However, the Histogram panel on the right is relatively static today, showing aggregate data over a retention period.

So we are kicking around some UI improvements that will let users drill in further on the Histogram data visualization, providing context and details the further you dive in.

Something we exposed early with the prototype was the risk we face with performance. Each time we zoom in, zoom out, click and drag a selection period, or even use the syntax-free date picker (more on that soon!), we could be jumping from 30 seconds ago to 3 days and 4 hours ago. Redrawing the graph with each query will be a fun challenge on this.
