New Unofficial City of Ankeny Branding

The City of Ankeny continues to grow! What was once a small suburb in the Des Moines Metro with a small little city center called Uptown is now a suburb that is very vast.

It was, I believe, a great reason to introduce a new look in 2006.
‍
And now, with the renewed focus on Uptown and more and more households calling Ankeny home I felt it was time again for a new look. The challenge was to make it another iteration—something that is immediately recognized but feels different in a good way.
