Access SFUSD Mural
Made in collaboration with Patrick Sean Gibson, this mural lives at Access SFUSD in the SoMa district of San Francisco. We were asked by their team to create one for their own private dance studio where they use the power of dance to teach, heal, and have fun! AccessSFUSD is a community-based program for young adults with disabilities ages 18-22 in San Francisco.
The design was inspired by the limited color palette of early rock and roll posters, the idea of growth through music, and the visual adaptation of the concepts of movement, energy, and of course: dance. It’s broken up into 5 panels measuring out to 15’ x 5’.
