H. N. Werkman was a Dutch artist, typographer and printer. He would use many types of printing techniques to create a piece, but many letterpress printers take inspiration from his stamping technique.
I first attended a Werkman workshop at Lead Graffiti, a letterpress shop in Newark, Delaware. It was a very fun experience.
