ABOUT THE CLIENT Bivouac is a micro coffee roaster based in the mountains of Evergreen, Colorado. Bivouac exclusively roasts environmentally friendly, naturally processed coffees from adventurous origins around the world.

CHALLENGE The project goal was to create a distinctive and straightforward logo & identity tailored to the outdoor/adventure industry – while subtly conveying the meaning of the name.

SOLUTION To achieve the project goal, I created a simplified mountain symbol to visually represent the name's meaning. I paired the symbol with a lowercase sans serif font and added extra letter spacing to creating approachability within the logo. Along with the logo, I crafted a brand font and color palette that is diverse and adventurous, tailoring to the outdoor/adventure industry.
