Floating in Vector Dreamland

Who isn't excited about the release of Adobe Illustrator for iPad?! For me, it's a dream come true. I've long been in love with creating art in Procreate on my iPad, but the limitations of raster art and canvas sizes really got me down. AI for iPad definitely has some kinks to work out (like why do layers disappear or become locked and unresponsive for no reason?) but overall I am absolutely in love with the experience of drawing perfect, smooth vector lines with my Apple Pencil. It feels a bit like how I imagine figure skating feels, or flying like Peter Pan. This is only my second illustration with AI for iPad, which I drew idly while my partner watched the game - I can only imagine what is possible if I really put my mind to it! The possibilities are only limited by my imagination, now!
