The Planner - Conséquences Imprévues

This is a version of an illustration I created for The Planner about unintended consequences.

The author discusses how when the planning system is tweaked, the results can be surprising and in sharp contrast to the original goal. This is compared with the decision to hold a referendum on the UK’s membership of the EU, which currently looks to be heading towards no-deal territory that could also have a detrimental impact on planning.
