A piece from a new project I've been working on.
Next Level Projects is a business that combines co-investors money for property development projects.
The goal is to make it possible for everyone to invest in property development projects. You either buy a property way below market price to keep, live in, rent or sell. Or you can have a Syndicate Ownership with other co-investors and earn a profit from selling the finished property.
One of the pillars of the business is this sense of community, where you can meet other like-minded people while investing in the same property.
Most property development businesses go the route of luxury branding, instead I tried to keep it more "techy" since the concept is more focused on a community investment group.
