Real Estate Identity

I've wanted to pull of a decent negative space logo for a while and this seemed like a good chance to try it. My friend wanted a logo that would suit both residential real estate transactions and commercial real estate, while still looking cohesive. The residential logo features a house in the bottom of the R while the commercial features, well, a commercial building.
