What if TikTok created a News Portal App?

Hello! This is my design for this Week's ToDesign Challenge on creating a home page for a daily news service app called NewsTok - an Entertainment News Portal for Gen Z.

The design is inspired by TikTok & Resso app's out of the box UI design, which presents content right away when you open the app & swiping up to access the next content. The news presented here are taken from vulture.com.
