Employee Boosting up App

Hi Folk,
A sneak peak from my recent work, Here I've worked with a new challenge, where employee can collaborate with each other and they will get a feed screen. On top of that senior manager can create quiz with awarding point which can be use in their real life. The main motive of this app is to Boosting up remote worker through out the app, so they feel still they are under office and work physically and so on on.

Hope you get my Idea and hope you will help me to develop it more from user experience perspective and what more I can incorporate with it.
