2020 has been tough on all of us. We never saw it coming.
Yet, we geared up together (but distantly) to fight against it.
Mental health and wellness is a a topic that has been talked about a lot.
A lot of People found solace in meditation and yoga. And it has had an immense impact on me as well.
I was inspired by apps like calm, breathe, headspace etc that help you meditate, feel lighter and peaceful.
Having said that, Since iβm new to design and I wanted this to be my first goal.
I wanted to build an app for the well being of people and their health and on the way learn how digital apps can help reduce anxiety and propagate wellness.
