Redesign Digit Fleet Management App

Hi Guys! Please go and have a look. I redesigned the Digit Fleet Management Application and added a bunch of nice features to it. If you are a client of them, go get the latest update.
I am really proud of how it turned out, there are a few tweaks here and there but for the time spent on it, I think visually it looks great.
