ASOBECAL is an active organization of alumni of the Carlos Antonio López National Postgraduate Scholarship Program Abroad (BECAL), aimed at bringing together the returnees of the program, in a space of integration and cooperation, in order to generate networks and opportunities to apply the knowledge acquired.
