Root - Local Online Grocer

Root is an online grocery delivery service that focuses on local small scale producers and sustainable produce. Our goal was to establish a brand illustration system that embodies this mission. To communicate the brand’s focus on organic and natural produce, we drew inspiration from analog art styles using paper cutouts and ink drawings with a focus on characters to add personality and authenticity.
