π Problem Statement
The main goal was to improve its user experience and perfectly visualize it's every single support ticketing data. Customer support ticketing data is important here, we need to place all data in one user dashboard, that was the main priority in this version release.
π Solution
We redesigned a whole new experience on this web app that allowed any customer service agent to access the whole country support ticketing data in one single place. We perfectly did this and the client was so happy because users love the solution after releasing new web application.
