Fun little detail in some upcoming work for Gem: mock user avatars using our new color palette.

These were fun to source and work on. They're not perfect, but hopefully convey the fun and people-first approach we take at Gem. (Also of course have to include a dog because Gem is such a dog-friendly workplace!)
