Cover Illustration and Design for Moonshine Ink

This was an Illustration and cover design for Truckee California's independent newspaper Moonshine Ink. The art accompanies a story about how the famous and popular ski resort Squaw Valley is considering a name after learning the history and background of the term 'Squaw'. The current name is viewed as offensive and inappropriate by many parties, so the resort has decided to change the name, they just don't quite know what they will change it to yet.
