Rock & Pop Illustration

The music is the main theme of this project. I analyzed nine different music styles: Pop Rock, RnB and Jazz. Every double spread represents a music style, reflecting its personality and illustrating some visual symbols. The right page is made of multiple layers, having as influence Dadaism, Futurism and Post Modern currents, and artists like John Heartfield, Hanna Hoche, Rick Poynor, David Carson e Guillaume Apollinaire. After studying different ways to make collages I made compositions that transmit an actual and modern style. Only four images of the project are displayed in this page.
