Daily UI #001 - Sign Up

Okay....it's been ages since I posted my last daily UI design. I decided to restart this challenge once again to polish up my design and (motion) skills. Rather than doing this 'daily' I've decided to create one or two designs a week.

My first goal is to complete 30 days...setting a small goal so I don't have to feel bad when I am not doing it. :p
