90's Web Challenge - Mixmag

During the summer months, Kooba took on a challenge to create a website that breaks all UX/UI rules. We spotted a web trend emerging that is creating experiences rather than functional websites. After a quick brainstorm, we realised that this a nod to the 90s! Remember those awfully wonderful websites that didn't make sense?

So.. taking that as a brief we designed a landing page that was 90s themed. I really wanted to take the 90s rave culture as inspiration and created this mockup for the Mixmag Magazine, which them was a nr1. mag for dance music! The concept is very colourful and over the top...and got a little crazy.
