Clinical Dashboard to physicians manage patients remotely

Hope everyone is doing well.
I'm looking back and I found this on my drive. It was a clean interface to a support a clinical team forward the patients remotely, and then, give them feedback of they performance based on the session results. On the overview they could find an overview of the best scores, who needed more attention and find all the clinical records on the patient records.
