File transfer Mac App - Dark mode

Exploring a minimal file transfer app for Mac.

Interaction wise, I looked into making the most commonly used actions in a file transfer client upfront, such as local/server file browsing using a familiar interface and connecting to a service. There are two areas where users can do a quick connection to a service they have used before (tab bar and recent).

Additional login options such as SSH Key, anonymous login, etc have been moved to an overflow menu, but based on usage behavior, if the user is often using them, the relevant field will populate on the quick connect tab bar as well.

Also, check out wireframes of some of the variations I explored. I also like the pop-over local files variation as well, where your finder can be used to drag and drop a file, removing additional clutter in the interface.
