Jamstack Conf - Landing Page

I’m participating in the Daily UI design challenge. Once a day I get topic, and some details on a design to work on. Here is today’s:

Topic: 003 - Landing Page

Prompt:
What’s the main focus? Is it for a book, an album, a mobile app, a product? Consider important landing page elements (call-to-actions, clarity, etc.)

Im attending the Jamstack Conf thats coming up here in a few weeks. This will be my second Jamstack Conf. The landing page the team has is a bit limited by the ticketing software they are using. I decided to add a bit of design to it.

One thing I am already learning from this project is to be okay with things being good enough. We could always spend hours tweaking things in a thousand iterations. Its good to recognize when its at a good point and post to a client.

Also, as someone who splits my time heavily between development and general business, forcing myself to take the time to design each day has been very refreshing.
