Advent Nav

Advent is another ecommerce project that I worked on last year. I love these type of projects – they’re not meant to be overly designed and instead focus more on getting a user through their journey as quickly and simply as possible.

One of the considerations was the the dropdown nav for products. Advent have 3 top level product groups, where pure metals has quite a lot of sub level products.

Instead of listing everything in the dropdown I included 8 sub level products which the client could choose – the suggestion was to include the 8 most popular pure metals from their GA data.
