UNIVAC - 3D Render for History Documentary

Hello Dribblers,

I cannot show too much as I am currently working on a 3D model for History channel and the evolution of computers so this is a low res render of the was the first general purpose electronic digital computer design for business application produced in the United States.

We are really lucky to have the computer and data processing technology we have in today’s times, the Univac purpose in the 1950’s generated technology that calculated simple arithmetic and data transport operations, as opposed to the complex numerical calculations required of scientific computers we see today.

My teaching Branding Note for Today:

When I first started out in designing, I was overwhelmed even back in the 90’s of so much there is really to learn to be great at what we do as a brand designer. Today, there is even more applications and things to learn, so do not try to tackle it all at once. Take it one application at a time so you know how each methodology works and then you can easily transfer this to perhaps 3ds studio max and more advanced design applications.

The bottom line is getting a real understanding of design before you jump into designing for clients. Make sure you feel comfortable, your first client is never easy and it just takes time overall to understand people in general, I am still learning but the more experience you have in anything will only allow you to open more doors for your road to mastering design and branding design!
