Restorist Brand Identity

Brand identity work for Restorist, a new company providing personal carbon offsets for flights, ride shares, online shopping, and food delivery. When you buy an offset, your money supports programs designed to reduce emissions. With Restorist, I knew I wanted the wordmark to be simple, straightforward, and have a reference to the natural landscape that they are working to protect. By separating the leaf shape on the 'r' from its stem, I was able to create a simple visual that allowed the 'r' to be used as a mark, while also still maintaining legibility as a logotype.
