'Tadka' - Personal Catalogue of Food Experiments & Recipes

I have experimented with almost 300 dishes and flavours during the COVID lockdown , and all are starting to fade away as work is taking back it's usual toll.

So I built this design for a Food & Recipe Catalogue Web App that I would probably build over the weekend , to start cataloguing all the things that I have done and will do with food.

Critique the fuck out of it. I am mainly looking to improve the reading and filter experience.
