Flyer for music.se festival in London

This festival was all about the presence of Swedish classical music in London and was backed by the Swedish Embassy.

- It needed have a clear Swedish feel for which I borrowed the colour scheme of not just one of the most internationally famous Swedish brand of all time but also of course of the flag itself. The bold font stood out from ordinary classical music designs in 2012 when the festival took place.

- Being a flyer it needed to instantly catch attention, so I enlarged the widely recognisable artist names in the front blurb.

- The standard flyer size (DL format) meant limited amount of space, so to highlight the variety of musical features of the festival I decided to use the silhouettes of various instrumentalists and and singers as a horisontal divider.

- As the flyers were mainly spread to classical music buffs in specific locations (like outside concert halls) they needed more in-depth information about the performers and works played. This meant a reverse page with descriptive blurbs about each performance together with box office details.
