These social media creatives were done for a local canned cocktail brand in Charlottesville, Virginia. By working closely with the client, I was able to bring his vision of the brand to life in the digital world.
The initial brand launch was meant to bring focus to the local, Charlottesville-born canned cocktails, while also introducing certain brand catchphrases along with their bright and bold color palette. We also wanted to inform the audience about the new canned cocktails; what’s in them vs. what’s in the competitor seltzer and malt beverage brands. This was accomplished by the use of interactive pieces, like short animations and multi-image posts. All of these things together helped build up momentum for the initial product reveal of the brand’s first two canned cocktails - Vodka Soda & Lime and Moscow Mule.
This summer we built up momentum surrounding the three new canned cocktail flavors, and executed the reveal throughout the month of June with a weekly post plan for each. These posts focused back on the informative factor like the initial brand launch - something that is important to the client. The month ended with the “big reveal” of the brand’s new vodka variety six pack, which features each of the new canned cocktail flavors.
