you don’t need thick armour and to tackle everything on your own- don’t be afraid to ask for help - either with work or mental health. Within the design industry especially you soon find out alot of the worries you have are shared by alot of people “is my work good enough” “Am i doing the right thing here” and the beaut thing about our industry is how friendly and kind everyone is (personally i have had alot of help from some excellent industry folk - you know who you are 😉) no one’s alone and there’s a lot of support within the design industry, so reach out to someone if you need some help 🙏
