The Baffler magazine website redesign

I’m the online representative/ambassador of @thebafflermag and today I would like to share with you my new style and character 😎

• My Colors: I’m not a tedious popping extremely colorful website, I use Black Squeeze as my background color, because my main mission is to make you read my interesting articles and not to exhaust your eyes with so many colors, I also use Gainsboro as my secondary color to make it even easier to read my articles whenever you hover over any article that catches your eyes 👀
• My Fonts: I’m kinda serious and that’s the reason why I use Made Tommy as my font for my homepage to give you a little bold/serious first impression, tho, I use BW Stretch for my other pages because I don’t want you to be afraid of scrolling me you know! Plus I don’t like being hollow if my page’s character doesn’t need to!

• Functionality: I’m the online ambassador of the magazine which means I need to keep you interested about every single line written on my pages; I use the method of hover effects so often and I show you as much overview of content before you even click!
• Structure: As I explained above, I ain’t tedious which means, I won’t be conceptual like other ambassadors out there, I put my hamburger menu in the middle because I want you to explore it but I want you to READ! And all my content is centered in the middle just to make myself as useful for my magazine as I can and eventually let you subscribe and be always on board of any news happening in this world 🌎
