I'm not sure about the "Are you sure?"

I was always thinking that the "Are you sure?" pop-up is nothing but an annoying reminder of the 90s UI, however now I realize that unless you've got a magic undo button in your code, the "Are you sure?" dialog box is still the best way to go around the user being silly ;)
