Just a quick little animation from an old illustration project that I had abandoned. Figured I might as well use it for something. Believe it or not, this entire animation is a single frame in After Effects. All hail the greatest expression in existence: loopOut(type="cycle", numKeyframes=0).

Animated at 24 FPS. Was quite an interesting process to work within the constraints of a single frame make the cycles of all the offset elements loop perfectly in sync with each others' periods. Pretty happy with how it turned out, and hope it inspires you to try more single frame animations (also great for a tiny filesize).
