Project StepOne - COVID Questionnaire

Project StepOne is a COVID Tele-medicine Helpline for Indian citizens.

At Project StepOne, a few founders, doctors, creative thinkers and concerned citizens got together to form a volunteer group to help the Indian Government, health agencies and health personnel to manage this crisis better.
