Angelica is one of my beautiful friends who is a journalist. She is also a second-generation immigrant and an inspiration for me regarding the recent #blm movement. One afternoon, we were talking over an ice cream at a cafe. She told me about her written portfolio and her basic Wordpress site, which, she felt, wasn't really expressing who she was. I asked her if she had a logo. She didn't. Quickly, I sketched a vague idea I had, and there it was! Her, on a piece of paper. Later, I brought it to life for her and here it is... my friend in digital form.
